FS-0.7 oscillator type pill selection machine is the corollary equipment of pill producing. There are two layered drawer type selection platelet in the vibration room, which can select out the pills quickly. This machine is with reliable property, small noises and simple operation. It is widely used for round pellets selection in the pharmaceutical industry, FOODS and Chemical.

One. operational principle

This machine is constituted with vibration room, vibratory Motors, oscillating damper and engine base .There are two layered platelet and three exits in vibration room. The aperture of sieve layer is reasonable matching that the top is big and the underside is small. Motor vibratory parameter can be adjusted, selected pills are throwed up on the layer and make rectilinear motion through ahead the layer to assure that the pills are selected stick according to the regular dimension favorably. The selected pills are divided into big, medium and small spec, and flow to different containers from three exits. The layers are convenient to replace and clean. The stainless steel material (Ocr18Ni9)of all the parts of machine which touched with medicine meets the requirement of GMP.
